Booking guide
Simply follow the steps below to reserve your apartment or house with First Class Croatia.
1. Choose your location and Check Availability
Browse through our collection of luxury properties and select that one that suits your interest. Once you've identified where you would like to stay, fill out our online inquiry form to check that your selected property is available on the dates you want. One of our representatives will contact you shortly to verify the availability of your requested property.
2. Complete Your Booking
Once availability has been confirmed, we will provide you with all the information you will need to complete your booking, including total price, initial deposit required and link to our payment server. Your reservation will be held for 24 hours to allow you time to finalize your booking, which requires payment of a 30% deposit on the total of your stay. Simply log on to our secure online webpage and submit your credit card details to complete your payment. Once received, your reservation will be complete.
Please note that due to the popularity of our properties, the initial deposit is non-refundable and must be made within 24 hours or your reservation will be canceled.
About 5-10 days after your deposit has been paid, you will receive a receipt of payment, statement for the balance of your cost and an information pack on your selected property.
3. Getting Ready to Go
No later than 1 week before your departure date you must contact our office to let them know the exact time you plan on arriving at your property, so they can arrange to meet you for check-in.
4. Enjoy your stay
On the day you arrive, one of our representatives will meet you at the property to check you in, give you a brief tour, and answer any questions you may have. After that you can just sit back, relax and enjoy your luxury rental.
