The Villa Belvedere is brand new building of only 4 units with the wonderful view of Murter. This boutique apartment block offers you a choice of either one or two bedroom units. The one-bedroom units share the ground floor. Each unit is warm and spacious, with substantial space for two adults. A large patio extends out into the garden area, allowing you to enjoy an alfresco breakfast with the ocean breeze. Sitting on the deck at almost any time of day is fantastic - for breakfast, lounging with a book, soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening coctail. Each two-bedroom unit occupies an entire floor of the building. Spacious bedrooms provide perfect comfort for up to four adults. A large kitchen, dining and living room open up to the furnished balcony with ocean views. Area Information

Croatia is famous for its amazing coastline. While the island of Murter, where the Villa Belvedere is located, may not be as well known as some other beaches and islands, it will certainly not disappoint. Located in central Dalmatia between Zadar and Sibenik, Murter is a true island but is easily accessible by car across a small bridge. The island is small enough to avoid overcrowding in the summer, but is still buzzes with activity and provides all the amenities that you would want for even a lengthy holiday.

The Villa Belvedere is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the center of town. A few quick steps outside your front door and you'll have the choice of two of the beaches of the island. In 10 minute walk you will find yourself on the best beach of the island, Podvrske beach. There is a small parking area and kayak rentals. Causeway leads out to a small island with many wonderful spots for swimming and snorkeling.

At the end of the day, stroll back to your luxury apartment and enjoy a glass of wine on an ocean-view balcony before walking to main part of town to enjoy a drink or alfresco seafood dinner at one of the many bars and restaurants along the waterfront.

While you never need to leave Murter to enjoy a complete vacation, you can venture out and enjoy a wonderful day trip to Split or other destination along the Dalmatian coast. Alternatively, hire a boat at the marina and spend the day exploring the Kornati Island National Park, consisting of 89 islands, just off of Murter.
